We were looking for a Korean restaurant for soup, went on Yelp, and found Soyo. We walked in and were promptly seated. The choices are excellent, and they have pictures of most of their items, and they all look good!
We ordered a variety of items, pics attached, and it was very good! The banchan had some items that I had never seen before, too!
The portions for most of the items were pretty generous, except for one, the SUL LUNG TANG, which is a milky oxtail broth topped with slices of beef and noodles. Good thing I was not that hungry because they gave me only 2 thin slices of beef and 2 bites of noodles. I swear the picture had like 6 or so slices of beef, but I may be wrong. Nonetheless, 2 little slices of beef and 2 bites of noodles are a bit chincy. Other than that, everything else was very good!

Soyo Korean restaurant is my favorite Korean restaurant in Las Vegas. The food tastes so good and the service are perfect. They have many kinds of Korean food and it feels that they put lots of effort to it. Recently they added new Korean style chickens and it made me feel that I am in Korea. Lunch special and the happy hours made me feel comfortable to go and eat:)
I have been here plenty of times and never bothered to leave a review. Food is great but their prices have really increased which is understandable. Service is sometimes slow even when there's only two tables being served. I'll still come here though cause I live really close by and they are open late.
I'm bumping this place up to a full five stars. It's a family favorite and consistently excellent. We've been eating here since we arrived in Las
Vegas 4&1/2 years ago and It's in the top requested restaurants to visit when my kids come to town to visit. it's always fantastic. The food is incredible and even though the prices have inched up, it's still a good value for the experience. It feels like we're actually in Korea when we eat here and it's just a super cool place. The servers are always friendly and helpful and my only complaint is that their food is not in my mouth right this minute!
I come here often and I am always left satisfied! Our nice server named Jin is always helpful and gives a great service. He should be the manager...

My new favorite spot! The food was delicious and I definitely love the atmosphere. My sister who's from out of town came in after 9pm so it was convenient that they're open late. We will definitely keep coming back!
Bomb spot for Korean food and Soju! If you're not feeling AYCE KBBQ and just want a little bit of everything, like Kimchi Fried Rice and different meats then this is perfect. Always good vibes even after over a decade. Definitely a good catch up spot with the homies. It's lit!
